CHILDREN'S HOME SOCIETY of IDAHO
Teal Point Custom Homes is honored to fulfill the role as lead design and builder on the integral structural update of the Children's Home Society of Idaho.
The Children's Home in Boise, Idaho, was founded by the Reverend O.P. Christian in 1910, as a cornerstone of the community. Overt the past 114 years The Children's Home has provided a nurturing environment and comprehensive care, serving as a lifeline to children facing adversity from abuse, neglect, or family crisis. As both a historic building and beacon of hope and support for vulnerable youth in the community, it is one of the most valuable treasures in the region.
Teal Point's improvements include a full exterior upgrade (windows, roof, stone, seismic upgrade, structural repairs, High-Efficiency HVAC replacement, High-efficiency Lighting Replacement, ADA compliance items, interior renovations, and parking lot improvements. The entire project is funded by donations and grants. It will commence Mid March and will wrap up by October 2025.
